Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Athmanilayam Nursery Garden. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at athmanilayamnursery@gmail.com and send your item to Parassala-Kozhivila Rd, Cheruvarakonam, Kerala 695502.

4. Non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

• Plants that have been planted or used
• Gift cards and Offers

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
